The Lithuanian Language and Culture Courses for foreigners
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be students, lecturers or researchers at higher education or research institutions abroad (except citizens of Russia and Belarus and citizens of other countries who are studying or working at a Russian or Belarusian higher education or research institution).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- application form and motivation letter;
- official (signed (and stamped)) letter of recommendation (must not be older than 6 months) filled and signed by academic staff, tutor or employer (letters of recommendation can be prepared by using this form);
- official (signed (and stamped)) and recently issued document from higher education or research institution abroad approving the status of a student, lecturer or researcher;
- official document proving that the candidate is formally or informally studying Lithuanian language, history and culture (optional). Note that self study is not classified as an informal study of Lithuanian language, history and culture.
