Short description In the times of strong competition in the labour market, it is necessary to understand and learn how to create and manage a solid personal image in both real and digital world. Your real life and digital style, ethics, rules and tactics of private and public communication, and the ability to create networks will allow you to design a unique and outstanding brand which will not stay unnoticed.

Lecturers Agnė Blažienė

Agnė is a person who explores the language and its impact on the image of a person or organization. Language can create a positive or negative image and it is created during any communication act (discussion, presentation, telephone conversation, etc.). The positive or negative image depends on whether the participants in the communication act take into account who the person is communicating with, whether the participants in the communication act have knowledge of the topic that is being discussed, the purpose of the communicative act, the duration of the communicative act, the form (written or spoken) in which the communication takes place and so on. Agnė speaks about it at lectures at Vytautas Magnus University, as well as consulting companies or organizations.
